Websites designed by Siteweaver.com.au are functional at the time of release. All maintenance and designs created by Siteweaver will be archived in their original release status. We take no responsibility for malfunctions that occur due to user modification. The seven day follow up assistance commences from the initial time of release and ceases exactly seven days from that time. In the event that a fault is identified after the initial seven day period, and it is a result of original design error, Siteweaver will amend the error at no charge.

Scripts such as the e-commerce solution and content management system are open source, which means that they are provided free of charge. Under the general public license, these scripts may not be sold for profit. Siteweaver does not charge for the scripts used to build sites. Any charges associated with open source material are related directly to the maintenance required in installation and configuration. As a customer, if you have a preferred application, Siteweaver will install that application as an alternative. Any charges for purchase of alternative applications is at the customers expense.

Siteweaver will obtain additional materials, such as stock photos and marketing statistics, on behalf of the customer. Use of copyrighted material must also adhere to the licensing agreement. Siteweaver.com.au takes no responsibility for misused material if provided by the customer. Siteweaver retains access to the materials obtiained on a customers behalf.

Upon registration of domain names and web hosting services, usernames and passwords will be created. Login information will not be released until payment is received for services rendered, at which time customers will be provided the details, and billing information will be transferred from Siteweaver.com.au to the customer.

Upon application for service, a 10% non-refundable deposit is required to cover the cost of domain name registration and web hosting. If the customer chooses not to continue with the services of Siteweaver.com.au, the domain names and web hosting will be released to the customer.

Siteweaver.com.au reserves the right to refer directly to your website. Your contact details and billing information must also be provided to the web host and domain name registrar. For more information on the use of your personal or business details, please refer to our privacy policy.
